City Outreach Foundation’s Better Roads Recovery Ministry (BRRM) helps men and women struggling with various addictions get the help they need. BRRM runs two faith-based, inpatient addiction recovery centers, one for men and one for ladies, in Hammond, Indiana. BRRM’s goals are to:
1. Restore faith
2. Renew hope
3. Redevelop character and discipline
4. Rebuild broken relationships.
