City Outreach Foundation operates Hometown Thrift, which supports 130 residents in recovery. The thrift store’s mission is to meet the growing needs of families and lives torn apart by addiction. We partner with generous people like yourself, who catch the vision of transforming lives. We pickup donations and use all proceeds to make a difference in addiction recovery efforts.
